Richard Nixon Presidential Campaign Pin (Nixon's the One!) - 1968 - United States

Includes glass top leatherette display box.

• Origin: United States of America, 1968 presidential election
• Date: 1968
• Size: 23mm
• Notes: After a previous unsuccessful presidential election against John F. Kennedy in 1960, Republican nominee Richard Nixon successfully ran for president with his running mate, Spiro Agnew, in 1968 and 1972. Although he made significant achievements in both domestic policy and foreign relations, Nixon's tenure was overshadowed by the Watergate scandal, leading to his resignation—the first in U.S. presidential history—under the threat of impeachment.
